All items featured in our catalogue have been priced to ensure the best possible value for your money. There are costs involved in posting your order to you, this includes insurance to cover damaged or items lost during transit.

Postage, handling and insurance is calculated on the total value of the items ordered. Depending on your order value shipping will generally range from as little as $8.90 to no more than $12.90. Please refer to the postage, handling and insurance table below:

Bulk shipping is only charged on very few oversized items. The shipping on these items is clearly marked. This cost is added per bulky item an order. These prices are valid for delivery across Australia!

Of course, if you would rather not pay for delivery, you are always welcome to pop by our showroom and buy items directly.

Every effort is made to despatch your order as quickly as possible but we ask to please allow up to 21 days for delivery. Your order will be packed with the utmost care to ensure that it reaches you in perfect condition.

Our 3 month money back guarantee is without compromise. If for any reason you wish to return any item, for whatever reason, all you need to do is post it back to us. We will promptly process your exchange or refund, the choice is yours.

When sending your order back, be sure to fill out and include the return slip that was included on the footer of your order delivery advice. If you no longer have this, don’t worry! Just slip a note in the parcel with your name, address, customer number and a brief explanation of what you are returning and why and we will make sure it gets processed.

If for any reason you believe you may have received a faulty item, please contact our customer service using the contact page on this website.

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel online orders as they are sent directly to our warehouse for processing and delivery.

When your order arrives, please follow the instructions on your return slip and send the item that you no longer require back to us, and we will arrange a refund. Please contact our customer service team if you need any help returning your item.

No debit or credit card required. We do not accept American Express or Diners directly, however if you checkout using PayPal, these cards are accepted.

If you receive our catalogue you can pay by filling in your order form and credit card details or sending us a cheque with your order form.

For orders sent by mail:

Do not send cash. Payment by cheque, money order or credit card is the safest form of payment. Aids For Daily Living does not accept liability or responsibility for cash sent through the post.

We understand that keeping up with everyday bills can sometimes be difficult, and that this can make buying needed living and comfort aids not possible. That’s why we introduced our ‘Pay by Installments’ option.

If the total of your order is over $70, you can split payment over 3 easy monthly installments. Postage is paid in the first installment with the rest evenly split over the remaining payments. This service is completely free to use.

Installments are only available when paying by credit card over the phone or by mail order and are currently unavailable online.

Yes, all the products you see are inclusive of GST if applicable. Some health care items are eligible to be GST free, if that is the case, no GST is applied to this item’s display price.
